Established in 1978, the company has an annual production capacity of 1,000 tons of aluminum-nickel alloy and 20 tons of precious metal catalysts. The aluminum-nickel alloy series catalysts are widely used in medium to high-pressure hydrogenation and dehydrogenation processes. This type of skeletal nickel catalyst features a porous skeletal structure, resembling a sponge, and exhibits high hydrogenation and dehydrogenation activity. Currently, Raney nickel is the most widely used in industry, primarily for hydrogenation in the production of fine chemical intermediates such as food (fat hardening) and pharmaceuticals. Due to its formation of a porous, sponge-like pure nickel structure, it offers high activity, stability, and does not contaminate processed products, which is particularly important for food applications.

The highly efficient and novel supported (activated carbon, BaSO4, CaCO3, etc.) precious metal (palladium, platinum) series catalysts exhibit excellent performance, strong product selectivity, high conversion rates, and operate under low reaction pressure and temperature. They are used in hydrogenation, dehydrogenation, hydrogen transfer, cleavage of benzyl and allyl ethers, isomerization of allyl ethers, selective reduction of polynitro compounds, decarbonylation of aldehydes, and deoxygenation of sulfoxides, among other processes. These catalysts are widely applied in various fields, including pharmaceuticals, fragrances, dye industries, and petrochemicals. The 5% palladium on carbon catalyst, in particular, has extensive applications, and the company can produce supported precious metal catalysts with various loadings according to customer requirements.
