Halogen-Free Flame Retardant for Polyolefin/MH-HF800
- Advantages
MH-HF800, is a halogen free environment-friendly flame retardant with N and P, non-APP based FR system. MH-HF800 has higher thermal stability and decomposition temperature.
Test past:
--UL94 V0 (0.75mm)
--70℃×168hrs water-immersion (UL746C)
--GWIT 750℃
--GWFI 960℃
--Free from the restrictions of RoHS Directive 2002/95/EC approved by the EU and the Council
Besides, wires and cables with MH-HF800B can reach the standard of UL1581 VW-1.
- Characteristics:
Low density, Lower smoke generation, Less mold corrosion. Polyolefin with MH-HF800 have not the phenomenon of water-sliding surface during extrusion, and sieves can be added during the process.
- Applications:
PP, PP with GF, TPE, PE, XLPE wires and cables.
