API 11B Pony Sucker Rod and Sucker rod Guide Centralizer

Sucker rodis a kind of steel rod used to transfer the movement and power of pumping unit to the downhole pump.

Polished rod is designed for connecting sucker rod strings to beam pumping units via polished rod packing. The rods are round cross-section bars. We provide 3  types of polished rods: normal polished rod, polished rod-metal spray and polished rod-upset on one end.

Pony rod is the sucker rod shorter than 25 ft, and they vary in length. They are most commonly placed adjacent to the polished rod at the top of the rod string, on top of the downhole pump for handling purposes, and on top of the polished rod with appropriate couplings to prevent the string from falling downhole if the polished-rod clamp slips. 
Sucker rod centralizer (guide), used in pumping well, is a tool protecting sucker rod from wiping with tubing pipe. It consists of coupling, centralizer sleeve and sub.

Heavy Weight Drill PipeThe wall thickness of weighted drill pipe is between drill pipe and drill collar. Its structure is similar with drill pipe. It is made from premium alloyed steel. Its technical parameters meet with API Spec7-1 Standard.

Square Kellyis the main driver of the whole drill string. It transmits torsional energy from the rotary table through the drill string to the bit at the bottom of the hole. Our square Kelly is a long square, precision machined heavy steel bar that is supported by the swivel through the rotary table and is connected to the first joint of drill pipe in the drill string.

Drill collaris used in the drilling of oil wells for weighting drill bit, enabling it to drill through rock. It is a bar made of solid steel, either plain carbon steel or non-magnetic steel alloy, drilled lengthwise to permit the passage of drilling fluids. Drill collar is the lowest element of a drill string, which encompasses all the elements of a downhole process from surface to rock bit.
