Active ingredients: bilobalide, ginkgolide A, ginkgolide B and ginkgolide C.

Description: a colorless or pale-yellow clear liquid.

Dosage Form: liquid injection.
Indications: For mild to moderate cerebral infarction, symptoms are hemiplegia, deviated tongue, paralalia and paraesthesia, etc.
Strength: 2ml/ampoule, containing 10mg ginkgolide.

Storage: Keep airtight in a dark and cool place.

Packaging: ampoule, 5 ampoules/box (Can be customized based on customer's order.)

Shelf Life: 24months.
Dosage and Administration:
Administrated by intravenous infusion. The recommended dose is 5 bottles (10ml). Before use, add the powder into 250ml of 0.9% sodium chloride injection or 250ml of 5% glucose injection for dilution and administrated as a slow intravenous infusion. Give the dosage once a day; during the infusion, strictly control the rate ranging from 40 to 60 drops per minute. The course of treatment is 14 days.
Contradictions:
1. Patients with a history of hypersensitivity or adverse reaction to the product or any other finished ginkgo products.
2. Patients with a history of hypersensitivity to ethanol, glycerin, ethanol (alcohol) and glycerol.
3. Contradicted in pregnant and lactating women.
Pharmacology and toxicology:
The results of non-clinical pharmacodynamic study showed that the product can reduce the stroke score, the mortality rate and the cerebral infarction area in the rat  focal cerebral ischemia model using the suture method; can promote the recovery of  amplitude of EEG potential, can reduce cerebral ** content in the gerbil cerebral ischemia-reperfusion model; can reduce brain wet weight, brain index, cerebral ** content in the rat cerebral ischemia-reperfusion model using 4-vessel occlusion method, reduce the damage of hippocampal CA1 (increase the density of neuron in the region).
