As a pioneer in R&D of low melting plastic bags, Zonpak New Materials now has three series of products with final melting point above 70 degree Celsius: Low Melt Batch Inclusion Bags, Low Melt EVA Automatic Packaging Film and Low Melt Valve Bags. Low melt batch inclusion bags are used to pack the compounding ingredients for rubber or plastic mixing. Rubber chemical manufacturers can use the automatic packaging film or valve bags to pack the materials into different weight sizes. The packaging film is suitable to make 100g-500g small packages with an automatic form-fill-seal machine, while valve bags are suitable for making 5kg and up big packages. These packages of materials can be shipped to customers and direct put into a mixer. So it can avoid opening the packages in the whole process, protect environment, save materials and time, help increase the core competitive power of the additive manufacturers.
