Brown Fused Alumina is normally sharp edged after mill/crush, while its shape can be improved by Bamarc Mill to have blocky/cubic shape with more sides. By doing so, it will improve its bulk density, abrasive resistance and adhesion force. Refractory materials made of BFA shape improved material has higher density and toughness. Abrasive tools with more strength and abrasion resistant. When used for sand blasting, it can be used for more times. Our refractory grades and abrasive grades Brown Fused Alumina can both be improved by bamarc mill.
