1. Q: Where is your factory located ? How can I visit here ? Can your factory arrange transportation for me?
A: Our production base is located in Jiangyin City, Jiangsu Province, China; 
 Which will take about 2 hours by car from Shanghai to our factory. We can arrange our driver to pick you up from your hotel when you arrive Shanghai.

2. Q: Does your factory have the design and development capabilities, can you factory accept customized products?
A: The staffs in our R&D department are well experienced in the Electric industry, with more than 10 years’ experience.

3. Q: How long could I get my order?
A: Stock Products: shipping within 5 days.
B: Customized products: usually 10-15 days. It depends on your design and quantity.

4. Q: How is your production management and quality control system?
A: All our product process follows up ISO9001. The strict implementation of ISO9001 assures to provide error–free products to our customers. We will show you these in our workshop during your visiting.

5. Q: How can I get a sample to check the quality?
