CSL-Y Impact Specimen Gap Electric Hydraulic Broaching Machine adopts hydraulic transmission and power-driven cutting. It can process two sample gaps with 2mm (one V-type and one U-type or two V-type and two U-type) by the equipped two broaches. Whether processing “V” or “U” notch, the pole do not need changing. Processing specimen gap only needs ten seconds and is simple & reliable. The “V” type and “U” type can satisfy respectively the corresponding requirements of domestic and international standards of GB229-2007,as well as ASTM E23,ISO148,ISO 83 and so on.
The pole of our Broaching machine is made of W18Cr4V, and has high hardness, wear resistance. Each scraping out cutter can process specimen more than 20,000.
