They are widely used in EPS blowing agent, polyethylene condensing agent, non-Fresno air-condition, freezer, petrochemical etc. Company is already the supplier of CNPC, Sinopec, and abroad markets.

Our History

Dongying Liangxin Petrochemical Technology Development Limited Company has been in the region for 15 years since 2005, mainly engaged in propane, butane series, pentane series, hexane series, solvent oil series and aromatics series. At present, it is the largest manufacturer of hydrocarbon solvent, refrigeration solvent and foaming agent in China, and it is also the first enterprise in China obtained the production license of food grade hexane.

Production Facility Outline

Dongying Liangxin Petrochemical Technology Development Limited Company has 22 distillation columns, 2 hydrogenation units and 1 desulfurization and de aromatization unit. Meanwhile, there are 10 units of 1,000 CBM spherical tanks, 30 units of 3000 m3 average floating roof tanks and 30 units 200 m3 average horizontal tanks. Pentane production capacity is 100kt / A, hexane production capacity is 80kt / A, solvent production capacity is 150kt / A and petroleum benzene production capacity is 10kt / A.

All products of Dongying Liangxin Petrochemical Technology Development Limited Company have passed ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHS18001 certification. Rosh, CIQ, CO, SGS, BV and other international approvals have also been obtained. Dongying Liangxin Petrochemical Technology Development Limited Company’s domestic laboratory has been approved by China National Petroleum Corporation and Sinopec.

Second-stage construction investment 70 million RMB, extending sharing system including circulating water,electricity power,steam and nitrogen etc. New project cooling agent latest model JYF-12 production and purification device, had passed the test run in 25th,June,2011. Full production capacity of pentane and cooling agent up to 60 thousands Mt, value of output 600 million RMB. Third-stage construction started in 2012, total investment 100 million RMB, with high purity hexane annual output 40 thousand Mt. Annual total capacity already comes to 100 thousand Mt, and output value over one billion RMB. It makes Liangxin one of the leading enterprises in this industry till now.
