Wild catch from the sea, grey mullet is abandant fish here. Size mainly 500-1000g 1000-2000g and 2000g+, normally we make it roe-off, and then frozen immediately. All are frozen on board. We offer both from China and Mauritania. Grey Mullet looks a bit different from China and Mauritania. They are same shape. But fish from Mauritania with a bit dark color back. They tastes the same.
