SM911 HollySys Power Module Controller , SM911 is a 24VDC power module in the SM series control system hardware products, achieving the conversion from 220VAC to 24VDC output, with input and output isolation; SM911 features output short-circuit protection, and the power automatically recovers after the fault is eliminated. SM911 is equipped with a power fault status output terminal. When the power output is normal, the status switch is on; otherwise, it is off, providing an interface for remote diagnosis of the power working status; SM911 also has an output status indication function, where the "DC OK" indicator lights up when the output is normal.
SM911 adopts a modular design, with an overall structure made of aluminum material, strong resistance to vibration and impact, and fixed with flat screws. For LM series PLC, the wire diameter should be AWG28 to 12 (0.321 to 2.053mm), and the correct wire should be used; cables are divided into different types based on functional efficiency and numbered accordingly; avoid installing input cables and output cables in the same cable tray; input and output signal lines must be separated; keep AC signal lines and high-energy DC lines separate from low-energy signal lines; avoid installing high-current cables and signal or data cables in the same cable tray.
DC torque motor is a low-speed, high-torque servo motor. It comes in two structures: built-in and split. The built-in type is assembled as a whole by the manufacturer like a general motor. The split type separates the stator, rotor, and brush assembly, which are assembled on-site during use, with the rotor directly mounted on the load shaft, and the housing can be selected as needed.
