Basic Steps of System Design FM131-E-A HollySys Base Module
(1) Thoroughly understand and analyze the process conditions and control requirements of the controlled object
a. The controlled object refers to the machinery, electrical equipment, production line, or process being controlled.
b. Control requirements mainly include the basic mode of control, actions to be completed, composition of the automatic work cycle, necessary protection and interlocking, etc. For more complex control systems, the control tasks can be divided into several parts, which simplifies complexity and facilitates programming and debugging.
(2) Determine I/O Devices
Based on the functional requirements of the PLC control system for the controlled object, determine the required user input and output devices.
