Detailed content as follows:
I. Appearance Inspection
1. Thick and thin yarns, color differences, stains, yarn runs, damages, snags, hidden horizontal lines, pilling, hand feel;
2. Collar and armhole should lie flat and smooth.
II. Fabric Quality Inspection
Shrinkage, color difference, flat knit collar, rib stretch color matching and texture.
III. Size Inspection
Strictly according to the size chart.
IV. Symmetry Inspection
Shirts:
1. Collar tip size, whether collar bones are symmetrical;
2. Width of both shoulders and armholes;
3. Sleeve length, cuff width;
4. Side length, vent length.
Pants:
1. Leg length and width, hem width;
2. Height of left and right pockets, pocket opening size, length of left and right back pockets.
V. Workmanship Inspection

Shirts:
1. Stitching should be straight, neat, and secure with appropriate tension; no floating threads, broken threads, or skipped stitches allowed; minimal backstitching that should not be in conspicuous areas; stitch density should not be too sparse or too dense;
2. Attaching collars and setting sleeves should be even, avoiding excessive ease in collar openings and armholes;
3. Common defects in collar styles: crooked collar band, exposed bottom band, yarn runs along collar edge, uneven collar surface, uneven collar points, uneven collar tip size;
4. Common defects in round necklines: crooked collar placement, uneven sides, wavy neckline, exposed collar seam;
5. Armhole tops should be straight without corners;
6. Pocket openings should be straight, and edges should be neatly trimmed;
7. Excess seam allowance on hems should be neatly trimmed;
8. Shirt hem should not flare at the sides; side slits should not be uneven;
9. Topstitching should not be uneven or too tight, causing the fabric to gather;
10. Minimal backstitching for bartacking; pay attention to thread ends being trimmed;
11. Top and bobbin thread tension should be appropriate; all seams should not pucker (especially collar openings, armholes, and hem circumference);
12. Buttonhole placement should be accurate, cutting should be clean without thread fuzz, buttonhole stitching should be flat without fraying, and button stitching should not be too loose or too long.

Pants:
1. Ensure back pocket workmanship is not crooked; pocket openings should be straight;
2. Waistband topstitching should be parallel, not curved, and not uneven in width;
3. Bartacking thickness, length, and placement should meet requirements.
VI. Pressing Inspection
1. All parts should be smoothly pressed without yellowing, shine, water stains, or dirt;
2. Thread ends should be thoroughly trimmed.
VII. Material Inspection
1. Label placement and stitching, correctness of hangtags, any omissions, quality of plastic bags;
2. Color matching of cotton cords, thickness and elasticity of drawstrings, effect of fusible interlining;
3. All according to the material list instructions.
VIII. Packaging Inspection
Folding should be neat and flat, strictly following the packaging instruction sheet.
