Safety requirements for electric screwdriver inspection
1. The forward and reverse rotation device or its vicinity should have a clearly durable rotation direction mark corresponding to the operating state.

2. When the clutch is adjusted to transmit the maximum torque and the largest specification screw is tightened, the handle structure of the screwdriver should ensure that the operator can reliably hold the tool in hand.

3. After assembly, the screwdriver clutch should disengage smoothly (this item is checked before final assembly). Clamp the static clutch of the disengagement system in a vise, then rotate it 360° in the direction of the dynamic clutch rotation. If intermittent disengagement sounds are heard, the clutch is considered to disengage smoothly.

Appearance requirements for electric screwdriver inspection
Inspect the appearance of the screwdriver through observation and manual testing.

The shell and handle of the screwdriver must not have serious defects such as bubbles, cracks, obvious burn marks, or cold shuts. The color should be uniform, the metal shell surface should be free of defects, and the coating should not show layering or peeling.

The nameplate of the screwdriver should be firmly attached to the shell surface without curling.

Noise requirements for electric screwdriver inspection
The noise measurement of the screwdriver shall be conducted in accordance with GB/T4583. The average no-load noise sound pressure level (A-weighted) measured at a spherical surface 1000 mm from the center of the screwdriver should not exceed 84 dB(A).

When measuring the noise of the screwdriver in a reverberation chamber, its sound power level (A-weighted) should not exceed 95 dB(A).

For screwdrivers with forward and reverse rotation, measurements should be taken in the operating direction that produces the maximum noise.

Power cord length requirements for electric screwdriver inspection
The length of the flexible cable or cord from the cable entry hole to the plug (excluding the pins) should be no less than 1.8m.

Rust prevention requirements for electric screwdriver inspection
Steel brush springs, screws, etc., in the screwdriver should undergo surface treatment to prevent rust. Rust prevention tests should be conducted on steel brush springs and grounding screws and washers.

Tightening torque requirements for electric screwdriver inspection
At rated voltage and rated frequency, use the screwdriver to directly tighten the following two sets of test pieces. Then, use a torque tester with an accuracy of no less than 0.049 N (or other equipment with equivalent accuracy) to verify the tightening torque value of each bolt, which is the tightening torque of the screwdriver.

Marking

The nameplate of the screwdriver should include the following items:

1. Product name (screwdriver);

2. Model;

3. Rated voltage, V;

4. Power type symbol;

5. Rated input power, W or rated current, A;

6. Rated speed, r/min or strokes/min;

7. Class II structure symbol (only for Class II structure screwdrivers);

8. Moisture resistance symbol (only marked when required);

9. Manufacturer name or trademark;

10. Manufacturer address and country of origin;

11. Batch code;

12. Duty cycle: intermittent operation 30 s/90s.
