Inspection of Ultra-Small Items Such as Fruit Forks by Huajian Company

I. Material Inspection

Common materials for fruit forks on the market include resin, plastic, among others. Among these, although slightly more expensive, it has the lowest possibility of deformation and excellent sustainability. Resin is relatively more expensive than plastic but offers better safety. Plastic materials are more common, but safety concerns are more significant compared to the former two. Other materials include wood, ceramic, bamboo, silver, etc.

II. Packaging Inspection

The fruit forks should be enclosed in a sealed external container, commonly a transparent plastic jar. Check for any damage, crushing, or wear on the jar, and whether the sealing opening is wrapped with tape. Ensure that labels, instructions, and certificates of compliance are complete.

III. Appearance Inspection

Observe whether the surface of the fruit fork is evenly coated, free from friction damage, and without any breaks or cracks. Check for burrs, flashes, etc., on the surface.

IV. Odor Inspection

V. Specification Inspection

① Grab a handful of the same type of product, hold them vertically on a flat table surface, and observe if there are any variations in length.

VI. Other Component Inspection

Check if the upper parts of the fruit fork are intact, whether the colored patterns are consistent, and if the噴涂 (spray coating) is even.
