The Slit Focus Test Device (Pro-Slit) is used to measure the effective focal spot size of medical diagnostic X-ray tube assemblies in accordance with the IEC 60336:2020 (YY/T 0063-2024) standard requirements. The slit is made of high-attenuation tungsten to ensure measurement accuracy. When paired with the adjustable test stand (Pro-Stand), it enables rapid and accurate focal spot testing.
