Core Structure
The heating wire, made of nickel-chromium alloy, is enclosed in a stainless steel or carbon steel shell and filled with crystalline magnesium oxide powder for insulation and heat conduction. Equipped with a temperature sensor and an overheating protection device, it can automatically adjust power and cut off the power supply to prevent overheating.
Types and Applications
Types: Straight single/double-end, U-type, W-type, etc., combined with flanges using argon arc welding technology.
Applications: Chemical production, insulation of oilfield injection and production wellheads, heating of reaction towers, high-pressure environments such as ships and mining areas, supporting complete immersion heating of media.
