It decomposes volatile organic compounds (VOCs) into carbon dioxide and water through high-temperature oxidation, achieving a thermal recovery rate of over 95%. Core Principles and Workflow
High-Temperature Oxidation: Waste gas is heated to 750-800°C in the combustion chamber (oxidation chamber), where VOCs are completely decomposed into harmless CO? and H?O, with a residence time of approximately 1-2 seconds.
Regenerative Heat Recovery: Ceramic regenerative bodies alternately absorb heat from high-temperature gases and preheat incoming waste gas, achieving a thermal recovery rate of over 95%, significantly reducing fuel consumption.
Multi-Chamber Alternation: Typical designs feature two or three chambers, enabling continuous treatment through periodic switching of airflow direction.
