Common types include straight tubes (I-type), U-shaped, ring-shaped (O-type), and finned tubes. Some products support cross-arrangement to optimize heat dissipation. The tube diameter generally ranges from 11mm to 50mm, with smaller diameters suitable for flowing liquids and larger diameters used in horizontal heating applications.

Application Scenarios

They are mainly used in liquid heating (such as water and oil), air heating, industrial mold heating, food processing, and chemical equipment. It is essential to ensure that the medium is non-corrosive and to regularly remove scale to extend service life.

Voltage and Power

Operating voltages range from 120V to 380V three-phase electricity, with power ratings from 0.5KW to 140KW. Some products include over-temperature protection devices to ensure safe operation.
