Components

Working Principle

The motor transmits power to the transmission mechanism through the gearbox. The transmission mechanism uses its grooved pulley to drag the manure scraping device, causing it to move back and forth within the manure channel. This action cleans the manure in the channel and pushes it into the manure collection pit. When the scraping device encounters the limit control mechanism installed in the manure channel, it automatically reverses the motor to pull the scraper back until it hits the return limit control device, completing the reset.
