3. Determine the European harmonized standard; decorative wall coverings must comply with harmonized standard EN 15102

4. Conduct testing and evaluation according to the CPR directive and harmonized standard EN 15102, carried out by a EU notified body under system 1 or system 3

5. Obtain test reports and certificates issued by the EU notified body (if certified under system 1, factory inspection is required; under system 3, testing and certification are conducted by a notified laboratory)

6. Issue the Declaration of Performance
