Note: Steel wires or other load-bearing elements can be added to both sides of the cable core based on customer requirements. Conductor: Mostly made of multi-strand oxygen-free copper wires finely stranded. The copper wires are fine and soft, ensuring the overall flexibility of the cable.

Insulation Layer: Special blended materials such as nitrile rubber, automotive materials, or TPE are selected based on the cable's performance requirements. For cables requiring special usage environments like oil resistance or wear resistance, customizations can be made.

Outer Sheath: Commonly uses specially modified nitrile rubber materials or specially formulated imported polyurethane materials to meet the requirements of different application scenarios, achieving high flexibility, tensile strength, wear resistance, high and low-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, anti-aging properties, and more.
