FA Integrated Water Purification Unit

I. Overview:

The FA high-efficiency fully automatic water purification unit is a new series of products developed by our company, with purification capacities available in five models: 10, 30, 50, 100, and 200 tons/hour (special specifications and requirements can be custom-designed and manufactured).
This series of water purification units integrates the essence of processes such as flocculation, sedimentation, sludge discharge, backwashing, and water collection and filtration. It operates fully automatically without manual intervention, making it a crucial component for automated management in water plants. When paired with our company's ZJ-type automatic dosing device and disinfection equipment, it can form a fully functional water purification station (plant).
This series of water purification units not only boasts a wide range of applications, excellent treatment efficiency, and superior effluent quality but also features low self-consumption of water, reduced power consumption, and a compact footprint. It saves water, electricity, and labor, eliminating the need for auxiliary pumps and facilities, making it an innovative energy-saving product.
II. Scope of Application:
1. Suitable for water plants in rural areas, towns, and industrial and mining enterprises that use various rivers, lakes, and reservoirs with a turbidity of less than 3000 mg/L as water sources, serving as the primary water purification treatment device.
2. Exhibits special adaptability to lake water sources with low temperatures, low turbidity, and seasonal algae.
3. Functions as a pretreatment device for high-purity water, beverage industry water, boiler feedwater, and other applications.
4. Used in various industrial circulating water systems to significantly improve the quality of recycled water.
5. Employed in reclaimed water systems, using effluent from sewage treatment plants as the water source, to serve as a treatment device for purification and reuse.
III. Main Features:
1. Apart from the management of the primary pump room and dosing system, the water purification unit itself automates a series of operational processes, including reaction, flocculation, sedimentation, sludge collection, sludge discharge, water collection, water distribution, filtration, backwashing, and排污. Operators only need to periodically monitor water quality without managing the unit's operations.
2. The high-concentration flocculation layer allows impurity particles in the raw water to fully collide, contact, and adsorb, enabling adaptability to various raw water temperatures and turbidity levels with high impurity removal rates. Under certain conditions, it also exhibits algae removal capabilities.
3. The rapid sludge concentration chamber and adjustable automatic sludge discharge system ensure timely removal of excess sludge and impurities, maintaining stable impurity removal rates.
4. Efficient flocculation and sedimentation ensure consistently high-quality effluent.
5. The innovative and unique water collection system, combined with low water collection head, ensures more uniform and effective water collection. This not only improves volumetric efficiency but also results in significant cumulative energy savings due to the minimal water collection head.
6. The automation of the water purification system ensures efficient operation (effluent turbidity remains below 3 mg/L when raw water turbidity is less than 3000 mg/L) and automatic backwashing, eliminating the need for additional backwashing pumps or air compressors, thereby saving substantial capital investment and daily operational, maintenance, and upkeep costs.
7. Low self-consumption rate of water (approximately <5%), playing a positive role in conserving limited water resources.
8. Compact footprint, saving over 50% of space compared to conventional water purification structures, with a height of around 4.10 meters, making it suitable for installation both indoors and outdoors.
9. Facilitates expansion, renovation, reuse, relocation, or repurposing at different sites.
