Silicone Mixing and Pouring
Ratio and Mixing: Mix components A and B according to the instructions (typically 1:1 or 10:1 for addition type, and 100:2~100:5 for condensation type).
Stir thoroughly until no bubbles remain (an electric mixer can be used), avoiding excessive stirring to prevent introducing more air.

Debubbling Treatment (Optional): Pour the mixed silicone into a vacuum chamber for vacuum debubbling, or let it sit for 5~10 minutes to allow bubbles to rise naturally.
Pouring Operation: Slowly pour the silicone from one side, allowing the liquid to flow along the inner wall of the frame to avoid direct splashing on the prototype surface (to prevent bubble adhesion).
If the prototype has deep recesses or holes, gently vibrate the frame to help the silicone fill, or pour in stages (fill detailed areas first, then pour the entire mixture).

Curing and Demolding
Curing Time: Addition-type silicone: Cures in about 2~6 hours at room temperature (25°C), and can be shortened to 30 minutes to 2 hours with heating (60°C~80°C).
Condensation-type silicone: Requires 8~24 hours to cure at room temperature; heating to accelerate is not recommended.
Demolding: After curing, carefully remove the surrounding mold and cut the silicone mold along the edges of the prototype (ensure to reserve pouring and venting ports).
Slowly peel off the mold to avoid deformation from pulling; if the prototype is made of disposable material (such as clay), the prototype can be directly destroyed to remove the mold.
