The Jianlong Electronic Technology Cooperative CZ2500 Vertical Hot Air Curing Oven adopts microcomputer control with an LCD screen display. The menu-operated interface facilitates human-machine interaction and can be integrated with the customer's production line system to achieve flexible and intelligent manufacturing. It features multiple electrical circuit protections and comes with PID intelligent regulation function to ensure temperature stability. The oven includes an over-temperature alarm function and multi-stage temperature control, making it suitable for curing products at different temperatures. The innovative heat circulation system uses side heating and micro-circulation heating methods to ensure uniform curing. 

 Performance Features: Significant Labor Savings — Compared to offline curing ovens, this machine features automatic board loading and unloading, completely eliminating the manual handling of products required with offline curing ovens. Improved Curing Quality — Unlike offline curing ovens, there is no need to open and close the oven for manual product handling, resulting in more stable internal temperatures and superior product quality. Greatly Reduced Footprint — Compared to tunnel ovens with horizontal transport or conventional SMT reflow ovens, the vertical oven reduces the floor space requirement by several times, even up to tenfold, for the same production capacity. Enhanced Energy Efficiency — Leveraging the basic principle that hot air rises, the vertical oven utilizes thermal energy more efficiently compared to horizontal transport tunnel ovens or conventional SMT reflow ovens. The equipment is divided into two storage zones: ascending and descending. The standard storage capacity per zone is 25–50 carriers, allowing a total storage capacity of 50–100 carriers (layer spacing: 38.1/19.05). Standard machines feature 50 layers with 38.1 spacing or 80 layers with 19.05 spacing. Customization is available for 50–150 carriers based on customer requirements. Each temperature zone is independently controllable with horizontal circulating air supply and return, and each zone features an independent air duct. No issues such as carrier jamming, dropping, or mechanical seizure occur. The oven interior is constructed with special high-temperature-resistant materials that allow long-term use without the need for lubricants. It requires minimal frequent maintenance, effectively saving costs and extending equipment service life.
