Basic Information

Composition: Composed of PEDOT and PSS. PEDOT is a polymer of EDOT, which acts as a polyanion providing counterions to PEDOT, forming a cationic polymer with excellent conductivity and enabling PEDOT to disperse in water.

Appearance: Blue liquid, dries into a highly transparent film.

Solid Content: 1.0%-1.3%.

Appearance: Typically a deep blue liquid.

pH Value: 1.5-2.5.

Density: 1.00 g/cc.

Viscosity: 15-50 cp.

Conductivity: 850 S/cm.

Performance Characteristics

· High Conductivity: Conductivity can reach up to 850 S/cm. With the addition of conductivity enhancers such as DMSO or ethylene glycol, conductivity can reach 900-1000 S/cm.

· Good Chemical Stability: Remains stable in various chemical environments, with minimal risk of chemical reactions altering its properties.

· High Transparency: At a thickness of 100 nm, light transmittance can reach 90%.

· Excellent Processability: As a water-based dispersion, it is easy to use and can form uniform coatings on various substrates through methods such as coating, spraying, and printing.

Application Areas

· Touch Screens: Can replace indium tin oxide in thin-film coatings for touch screens, offering high stability in high-temperature and high-humidity environments.

· Transparent Electrodes: Used as a low-cost alternative transparent conductive electrode in OLEDs and organic solar cells.

· Antistatic Coatings: Forms antistatic coatings on surfaces to prevent static accumulation.

· Capacitors: Can form coatings on porous tantalum and aluminum capacitors, ensuring good electrical contact.
