Product Characteristics

Excellent Compatibility: As an ethylene copolymer, it is compatible with LDPE in all proportions and with almost all other ethylene copolymers.

Application Areas

Compatibilizer for Polyester/Polyolefin Blends: Effectively improves compatibility between polyester and polyolefin, enhancing blend performance. For example, in blends of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) and polyethylene (PE), it reduces phase separation, strengthens interfacial bonding, and improves mechanical and processing properties.

Adhesive for Laminated Structures: Suitable for bonding laminated structures such as polyolefin/polyester and polyolefin/PPS, providing excellent adhesive strength and durability to ensure stability and reliability during use.

Compatibilization and Toughening of Degradable Plastics: Adding AX8840 to degradable plastics like polylactic acid (PLA) significantly improves heat resistance, tensile strength, impact toughness, and elongation at break, while reducing surface roughness and enhancing the appearance quality of plastic products.
