1. Keeps the System Clean
Helanpo? Sheath Fluid is a sterile, buffered, nitrogen-free supporting reagent containing a surfactant that helps clean the flow path of the flow cytometer. It is designed to minimize bubble formation and prevent the accumulation of cellular material in the flow cell, thereby reducing instrument clogging.
2. Storage Conditions and Shelf Life
Store in a dry, well-ventilated, clean room at 2–35°C. The shelf life is 24 months. Once opened, it remains stable for 60 days.
3. Convenience
The 1X sheath fluid is designed to eliminate the need for dilution before use. After opening, it remains stable for 60 days.
