Technical Parameters:

• Velocity: The flue gas velocity in the duct is typically above 12 m/s; the velocity inside the purifier is around 2 - 6 m/s, with a residence time of 1 - 3 seconds.
• Exhaust Pipe and Tower Body: Due to high flue gas temperatures, non-combustible materials such as 316L are used. The tower wall thickness is greater than 2 mm, with appropriate thickening at the inlet.
• Nozzles: Nozzles that produce a ring-shaped water spray (e.g., SiC nozzles) are used, creating fine liquid droplets. The distance between opposing nozzles is 20 - 30 cm, with a liquid-to-gas ratio greater than 1.
• Filter Screen: Made of metal wire with a mesh size of 0.8 mm × 0.8 mm. It should be cleaned every two weeks of operation, with a resistance of less than 80 Pa.
• Dehydration Plate: Composed of folded baffles with a spacing of 20 mm and a pressure drop of less than 40 Pa.
• Air Volume: Generally, the exhaust air volume per kW is set at 15 m3/h.

Usage Instructions:

• Pre-Startup Preparation: Ensure the water tank is adequately filled before use.
• Startup Sequence: Start the water pump first, and after the water circulation is normal, start the fan.
• Shutdown Sequence: Turn off the fan first, then stop the water pump.
• Precautions:
• The motor's main circuit must have thermal relay protection devices.
• Keep the water tank adequately filled, and replenish consumed water promptly during use to avoid dry running of the water pump.
• Protect the motor from rain, and regularly check its operating condition and insulation.
• Clean floating debris and sediment in the water tank promptly. Remove sediment from the pump's base plate to avoid clogging the pump suction port, which could cause spray failure or malfunctions.
• Do not use this equipment to treat corrosive exhaust gases, as it may affect the equipment's lifespan.
• During operation, keep the system's air volume as close to the theoretical value as possible to avoid excessively high or low volumes that could impact purification efficiency.
• The temperature of the treated exhaust gas should not be too high. In winter, add heat or antifreeze to prevent freezing, which could disrupt normal operation.
