Fine Printing Effect with Ricoh G5 Nozzle

The PH-G540 is a high-precision variable data printing device that meets the market's demand for printing precision. It uses the Japanese Ricoh G5 (600DPI) industrial piezoelectric printhead, making the printed content more detailed. The overall lifting of the printhead is electrically adjustable, eliminating the need for an external air source on-site. The ink output of the Ricoh G5 printhead nozzles can be adjusted via software, and different ink waveforms can be changed according to the customer's actual on-site materials, providing stronger adaptability. Each row of nozzles is independently controlled, facilitating alignment and overlap for finer printing results.

Main Control System

The main control system uses self-developed industrial control boards and software, ensuring reliable quality and controlling every action of the printing process. The high-precision (±0.01kpa) positive and negative pressure ink system: negative pressure is responsible for holding the ink, ensuring neither ink shortage nor overflow. The stability of negative pressure ink supply directly determines the printing quality and the long-term operational stability of the equipment. Multi-layer negative pressure protection enhances the stability of the ink system. Positive pressure is used for automatic ink compression and nozzle cleaning. Excessive positive pressure can damage the printhead, while insufficient positive pressure may fail to completely remove air from the ink system. Correct positive pressure is also crucial for ensuring printing quality. Large ink tank shortage alarm and secondary ink cartridge alarm both feature audible and visual alerts. The equipment can continue working for a period even when the large ink tank is low, providing a buffer time for refilling.

Variable Data Editing Software

The software has anti-duplication code functionality, barcode modification capabilities to meet grade requirements, and supports various special code types for printing. It can be custom-developed to integrate with different customer software systems and equipment.

Modular Machine Design

The modular positive and negative pressure high-precision ink supply system ensures stable ink supply during operation, allowing 24/7 continuous operation without affecting printing quality. The entire machine adopts a modular design, facilitating daily operation and maintenance, and providing customers with an intuitive understanding of the machine's structure and principles.
