The high-speed dispersion mixer is a proven efficient, dead-spot-free multifunctional mixer. Compared to high-speed dispersers, it features two butterfly-type mixing blades on the upper part and a high-speed dispersion disc blade on the lower part, along with a mountain-shaped blade that scrapes the sides and bottom. This design enables complex movement of materials inside the kettle, offering significant advantages over high-speed dispersers, which typically only have a single high-speed dispersion disc blade.

The high-speed dispersion mixer offers excellent sealing, vacuum capability, and effective degassing and bubble removal. The kettle lid can be hydraulically lifted, and the kettle body is freely movable, making it highly efficient and easy to operate. It has been widely adopted.

So, what are the key points to note in the maintenance and upkeep of the high-speed dispersion mixer? This mainly includes three stages: before startup, during operation, and shutdown:
Before startup:
1. Check whether the oil level of the disperser has been filled to the specified mark. If the oil level is too low, add oil to the specified level; if it is too high, drain to the specified level.
2. Check whether the tension of the V-belt is appropriate.
3. Manually rotate the impeller to ensure it moves flexibly without friction noise.
4. Check all fasteners for looseness and all seals for leaks.
5. Start the main motor of the disperser and verify that the rotation direction of the agitator matches the equipment's specified direction.
6. Only after confirming that all the above checks are correct can the machine be started.

During operation:
1. Place the impeller at the center of the disperser container, press the descent button, and lower it to the lowest position or the required height.
2. Ensure both handles are locked before starting the machine.
3. Start the main motor and press the button for the required speed as per operational needs.
4. Frequently monitor the current during operation. If overload operation is detected, stop immediately to identify the cause and take measures before resuming operation.

Shutdown:
1. First, stop the main motor to ensure the impeller comes to a complete halt.
2. Press the ascent button to raise the main shaft and impeller above the container for cleaning.
