## I. Overview The 1000L pure steam generator is a device used to produce high-purity steam, widely applied in industries with extremely high requirements for steam purity, such as pharmaceuticals, food, and chemicals. Its process design ensures the effective removal of impurities at every stage from raw water to pure steam output, guaranteeing steam quality. #

## II. Water Inlet Pretreatment ### Raw Water Supply and Preliminary Filtration Raw water is introduced into the equipment through a pipeline system. The water enters a mechanical filter, where the filter media (such as quartz sand, anthracite, etc.) are arranged in layers to remove suspended particles with sizes between 5-100μm from the water, reducing turbidity. ### Activated Carbon Adsorption and Softening Treatment The mechanically filtered water enters an activated carbon filter. The porous structure of activated carbon adsorbs organic matter, residual chlorine, some heavy metal ions, and pigments from the water. This not only improves the water's taste but, more importantly, prevents residual chlorine from corroding subsequent equipment and pipelines.  ## III. Heating and Evaporation ### Water Storage and Preheating The pretreated water is stored in the equipment's water storage tank. Water from the storage tank first passes through a preheater, which utilizes generated pure steam or other waste heat to preheat the incoming water, raising its temperature close to the boiling point. This reduces the energy consumption of the main heater.

 ### Efficient Heating The preheated water enters the heating tube bundle of the evaporator, which typically uses steam or electric heating. Inside the evaporator, the water is rapidly heated above the boiling point under specific pressure, forming a steam-water mixture. During heating, precise control of temperature and pressure ensures stable vaporization. The evaporator is made of high-quality stainless steel to prevent metal ions from dissolving into the steam, ensuring steam purity.

 ## IV. Steam-Water Separation ### Primary Separation The steam-water mixture from the evaporator enters a primary steam-water separation device, such as a cyclone separator. Using centrifugal force, heavier water droplets are thrown against the separator wall and flow down along the wall to return to the evaporator, while the steam moves upward to the secondary separation stage. ### Secondary Separation and Drying The steam after primary separation enters a secondary steam-water separation device, commonly a wire mesh demister. The wire mesh demister captures tiny water droplets in the steam through its fine mesh, further increasing steam dryness. Additionally, a steam dryer can be installed to remove residual trace moisture through adsorption or cooling, achieving higher steam purity. ## V. Pure Steam Output and Monitoring ### Output and Distribution The separated and dried pure steam is output through pipelines and can be distributed to different usage points based on user requirements. The output pipelines are insulated with high-quality materials to prevent steam condensation and heat loss. ### Quality Monitoring and Control During equipment operation, monitoring devices such as pressure sensors, temperature sensors, and conductivity meters are equipped. These devices monitor parameters like steam pressure, temperature, and purity in real time and feed the data back to the control system. If any parameter exceeds the set range, the control system automatically adjusts the equipment's operating state to ensure stable and reliable pure steam quality.
