**I. Feed Water Pretreatment**

 **II. Multi-effect Distillation Principle and Process**

After pretreatment, the water enters the first-effect evaporator of the multi-effect distilled water machine. Multi-effect distillation is based on the principle of multiple evaporation and condensation, utilizing the latent heat of steam to gradually evaporate and condense water in a series of evaporators. For example, the secondary steam generated in the last-effect evaporator enters the condenser, where it is cooled by cooling water to form distilled water. The cooling water, after absorbing the heat from the steam, increases in temperature. This heat can be transferred to the feed water through a heat exchanger for preheating, improving energy utilization efficiency and reducing steam consumption. 

 **IV. Distilled Water Collection and Storage**

The distilled water obtained after multi-effect distillation and condensation is collected from the condenser outlet into a distilled water storage tank. During the collection process, it passes through fine filtration devices such as microporous filters to further remove any residual tiny particles, ensuring the purity and quality of the distilled water. The storage tank is typically made of stainless steel, offering good sealing and insulation properties to prevent contamination and excessive temperature changes. During storage, online water quality monitoring equipment is also installed to monitor key indicators such as resistivity and microbial content in real-time, ensuring that the distilled water meets the high-quality standards required by relevant industries and is readily available for production use.
