FTJP-3 Digital Display Catenary Straightness Measuring Instrument

The digital display catenary straightness measuring instrument can measure the straightness of the wire. It operates automatically without requiring manual reading.

Measurement Process

1. Place the catenary into the equipment slot.

2. Turn on the power switch of the equipment.

3. After the system starts, the current status will be "Initializing".

4. Wait for the initialization to complete; the prompt "Ready" will appear, indicating that measurement can now be performed.

5. Press and hold the button for 3 seconds; the current status will change to "Start Measurement". The device will now enter measurement mode, allowing measurement of the catenary.

6. After measurement is complete, press and hold the button for 3 seconds; the current status will change to "Measurement Ended".

Calibration Process

1. Place the equipment on a level surface.

2. Place a measuring block with a thickness of 1cm at the equipment's measuring position.

3. Start the equipment.

4. During the initialization state, press and hold the button for 4 seconds; a prompt will indicate that calibration is complete.
