Introduction:

Mold testing is a component of climatic environmental testing, used to assess the ability of products or materials to resist mold infestation. Like general environmental testing, it considers the environmental conditions in which products are most susceptible to mold damage during actual transportation, storage, or use. In the laboratory, artificial simulation is used to create the most favorable environment for mold growth to conduct the test. It is also an experiment to detect the product's resistance to mold and whether the equipment is adversely affected by mold under conditions conducive to mold growth, i.e., high humidity, warm environments, and the presence of inorganic salts.
