Product Introduction

The HS100 Mortar Grinder is a versatile grinding and crushing instrument widely used across various industries. It can mix and grind soft,

hard, brittle, sticky, and moist samples, supporting dry grinding, wet grinding, and cryogenic grinding.

Multiple anti-contamination grinding kits are available to prevent sample contamination during the grinding process, ensuring the accuracy of experimental results.

Applications

Operating Principle

Samples are fed into the mortar through the feed inlet, where they are continuously squeezed and rubbed between the rotating mortar and pestle. By adjusting the position and pressure of the pestle according to different samples, the material is repeatedly squeezed, rubbed, and mixed under the action of the scraper head, achieving homogenization and mixing of the samples.
