YBB 0019-2003 Vertical Deviation Tester

Purpose:Specially designed for measuring the vertical deviation of various bottle containers, such as plastic bottles and glass bottles, in industries including food, pharmaceuticals, and beverages. The fixture is easy to operate, with high centering accuracy and measurement precision.

Testing Principle: The bottle base is clamped and fixed on the rotating disk of the horizontal plate, allowing the bottle mouth to contact the dial indicator. Rotate 360° to read the maximum and minimum values, and half of their difference is the vertical axis deviation value. The instrument skillfully utilizes the high concentricity of the three-jaw self-centering chuck, combined with a highly adjustable support system for height and orientation, to meet the testing needs of various containers.
