I. YPD-3A Audio Frequency Therapy Device Product Overview

The YPD-3A Audio Frequency Therapy Device is a constant-amplitude sinusoidal medium-frequency electrotherapy device operating at frequencies of 1000Hz, 2000Hz, 3000Hz, and 4000Hz. It features dual-channel output, allowing simultaneous treatment of two patients or two different areas of one patient, with anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects. The device consists of a main unit, leads, and electrode pads.

This instrument is specially equipped with four frequency settings: 1000Hz, 2000Hz, 3000Hz, and 4000Hz. It also includes an output current display.

III. Scope of Application 

This product provides analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects for conditions such as lower back pain, neuralgia, sprains, arthritis, pelvic inflammatory disease, frozen shoulder, and postoperative swelling. It can also loosen scar adhesions and alleviate vocal cord paralysis. However, the body may develop adaptability.

Acute suppurative inflammation, bleeding tendency, malignant tumors, thrombophlebitis, active tuberculosis, individuals with cardiac pacemakers, pregnant women, local foreign bodies, cardiac area, lower abdomen of pregnant women, and individuals intolerant to electrical current.

VI. YPD-3A Audio Frequency Therapy Device Main Technical Parameters

Note: Load impedance does not affect the operating frequency. Output current increases with increasing load impedance.

VII. Operating Instructions

1. Connect the power cord, turn on the power switch. Both channels display F00 (indicating 0kHz operating frequency), and the buzzer sounds once.

2. Before using the electrode pads, wipe them clean with a damp gauze, allow them to air dry naturally, then disinfect by wiping with 75% medical alcohol 15 times or more, and let them air dry completely.

3. Insert the lead plug into one of the output sockets, then secure the electrodes to the treatment area. Place multiple layers of water-moistened cloth padding between the electrode plates and the skin.

4. Press the ↑ or ↓ key for a channel to select the operating frequency, then press the confirm key. The buzzer sounds once, and the channel displays T00 (indicating 0 minutes treatment time).

5. Press the ↑ or ↓ key for a channel to select the treatment time, then press the confirm key. The buzzer sounds once, and the channel displays A00 (indicating 0mA output current).

6. Press the ↑ or ↓ key for a channel to turn on the output indicator light, then adjust the output current intensity to the patient's tolerance level.

7. During treatment, to view parameters, press the confirm key. The buzzer sounds once, and the display sequentially shows operating frequency, remaining treatment time, and output current.

8. To stop treatment, press the stop key. The buzzer emits a prompt tone, and the display shows F00, terminating the treatment. When the preset treatment time is reached, the buzzer emits a prompt tone, the display shows F00, and treatment stops. After treatment, remove the electrodes before disconnecting the power.
