Our company has modified the instrument based on the original design: pulse width: 0.4ms to 10ms, with four independently adjustable channels. Output waveform: unidirectional square wave and asymmetric bidirectional wave with slope.

(II): Clinical Applications and Scope of the KT-1 Neuromuscular Electrical Stimulator

This instrument is designed based on frequency pulse electrotherapy, targeting the physiological and pathological characteristics of neuromuscular tissues. It selectively applies unidirectional or asymmetric bidirectional waves of different frequencies and pulse widths to various fiber tissues of muscles. It is particularly suitable for the treatment of complete and partial paralysis, such as facial paralysis, with good results.

When the pulse width is 2ms, the machine can perform super-stimulation therapy. At a pulse width of 1ms, it is targeted for treating neuropraxia without muscle denervation. At a pulse width of 10ms, the asymmetric bidirectional wave, with its rise and fall times and sloped pulse wave, effectively avoids normal nerves and specifically treats damaged nerves.
