In factory processing workshops, the hygiene and cleanliness of drainage channels are crucial. Severe water accumulation, leakage, etc., can often lead to mold and pest infestations, resulting in food contamination and numerous product safety issues. External pests, such as rodents, may enter production areas through floor drains in the workshop via sewer systems. Therefore, the design of drainage channels in factory workshops is a critical component that integrates the workshop with the drainage pipe system. They are primarily used in pharmaceutical companies, central kitchen factories, slaughterhouses, cutting workshops, seafood processing workshops, cleanrooms, municipal engineering projects, and more.

Drainage channels are mainly divided into open channels and linear channels, typically made of 304 stainless steel with a thickness of 1.5mm.

Advantages of Linear Channels

1. Drainage channels are not necessarily better if they are wider or deeper; adequacy is the principle.

2. Excellent drainage performance and good flow capacity.

3. Minimal contamination area and minimal cleaning surface.

4. Coverless design saves costs.

Channel types: Flat-bottom, pointed, and arc-shaped.

Channel advantages:

Channels are entirely made by bending 304 stainless steel plates.

① Separate circular knives and corresponding bottom molds are used, with a fillet radius of 18, side fillet angles of 110°, and a bottom fillet angle of 140°.

② Arc-shaped bottom structure, no sanitary dead corners, easy to clean.

③ Channels are installed with tension ribs and adjustable feet for leveling and installation convenience.

Technical specifications of channels:

① Connections are made using TIG cold welding to ensure the channel does not deform and remains free of water accumulation. Internal surfaces are fully welded, while external surfaces are welded every 80mm with 30mm welds, ensuring both strength and deformation resistance.

② After welding, tension ribs measuring 30mm in width, 200mm in length, and 2.0mm in thickness are installed every 1000mm on both sides for embedding. These are firmly integrated with pre-mixed grout. Adjustable feet are welded to the sidewalls every 2000mm for leveling.

④ The inner walls of the channels are equipped with support plates for width alignment during installation, which are reclaimed by the supplier after installation.
