Stainless Steel Cleaning and Disinfection Tank: Made of stainless steel with butterfly legs and an arc-shaped bottom, featuring a drainage outlet at the lower part. Commonly used for soaking vegetables, fish, etc., primarily for vegetables and less for meat; used for thawing meat (commonly known as a thawing tank). If the thawing cycle for goods is prolonged, an aerator can be added at the bottom of the tank to accelerate thawing (steam pipes use industrial pipes). However, the tank depth generally should not exceed 600mm; beyond this depth, butterfly legs cannot be used.
