I. Purpose of the Meat Grinder
The main function of the meat grinder is to grind meat into fine particles for use in sausage products or processed goods. The latest designs of meat grinders not only have grinding capabilities but also include functions for tendon removal, tenderization, and mixing. Depending on requirements, a separation device for removing animal cartilage and tendons can be configured.
II. Structure of the Meat Grinder
The meat grinder primarily consists of an AC motor, gearbox, V-belt drive, and processing screw.
The meat grinder operates by the motor driving a large pulley, transmitting torque to the reducer, which then drives the spiral conveyor and cutting blade to rotate.
The spiral conveyor rotates, pushing the meat through a coarse grid plate. After being chopped by the cutting blade, the meat is ground into particles that meet process requirements through the end plate. There are various specifications of end plates available for user selection, including φ2mm, φ2.5mm, φ3mm, φ3.5mm, φ4mm, φ4.5mm, φ6mm, φ7.8mm, among others. Custom special-sized plates can also be manufactured according to customer needs.
