Application of Inclination Sensors in Platform Control and Regulation of Elevators

Typically, for high-lift elevators or lifting equipment and operational platforms, the measurement and control of the platform angle are critical to the safety of operators. When the base of the lifting system operates at height on sloped ground, it is prone to tipping accidents, causing significant losses to personnel and property safety. Therefore, it is necessary to measure, control, and provide alarms for the tilt angle of the operational platform and the entire equipment base.
Our inclination sensor products include:
1. Single-axis and dual-axis (measuring tilt angles in both forward-backward and left-right directions)
2. Measuring range: 0 to ±180° (selectable)
3. Power supply voltage: DC 9–36V (can be directly connected to the equipment's battery)
4. Output signals: 0–5V, 4–20mA, RS232/485, CAN bus, switch signals, and other analog or digital methods.
5. Encapsulated in a metal housing.
