Composite Material FRP Cable Support Bracket

Composite Cable Bracket Installation Instructions:
1. Install the expansion bolts (M10x100mm or 120mm) for fixing the cable bracket into the trench wall according to the design dimensions.
2. Remove the cable bracket column from the product packaging.
3. Install and secure the cable bracket column to the expansion bolts fixed in the trench wall in sequence.
4. Remove the cable bracket arm from the product packaging, insert it into the column slot, aligning the holes on the arm with the existing holes on the side of the column slot.
5. Insert the connecting pin through the holes of the column and arm, then secure both ends of the connecting pin. Method 1: Apply adhesive to the fixing sleeve to seal both ends of the connecting pin; Method 2: Use a pin fixing sleeve to secure both ends of the connecting pin.
6. When laying cables, the arm can be lifted to increase construction space and facilitate operation by workers.
7. Gently place the cables on the bracket arm, ensuring they are flat and aesthetically pleasing.
8. Secure the cables to the arm with cable ties. Clean up the site.
