Molybdenum disilicide heating elements, also known as silicon molybdenum rods or molybdenum disilicide heating elements, come in two types: 1700°C and 1800°C. The 1700°C silicon molybdenum rod refers to the old process version, while the 1800°C type is called the new process silicon molybdenum rod. There is a significant difference in their molybdenum content, and the manufacturing processes also vary greatly. (4) Minimal pollution; molybdenum disilicide heating elements produce no pollutants during operation, achieving zero emissions and meeting green environmental requirements.
(5) The 1800°C molybdenum disilicide heating elements use a new process, specifically hot bending, allowing them to be bent arbitrarily in theory. This manufacturing process can meet the special needs of different customers.
(6) Easy and quick installation and maintenance. If a molybdenum disilicide heating element is damaged during use, it can be replaced safely without stopping the furnace, thus not affecting production efficiency.
(7) Silicon molybdenum rod molybdenum disilicide heating elements are suitable for long-term operation, especially in large high-temperature kilns like tunnel kilns. Under continuous working conditions, their characteristics can be better utilized, with a service life of over one year.
