Jinyu Silicon Carbide Rods adopt internationally advanced production processes and technologies. The heating section and cold end are fused using a special silicon carbide adhesive, followed by a secondary siliconization treatment of the welded area at high temperatures. This process solidifies the joint and significantly enhances welding strength, providing customers with a high-quality product free from concerns. Additionally, due to the heating section's resistance being much higher than that of the cold end, it offers an excellent hot-to-cold resistance ratio and features high efficiency and energy savings.
Under dry and clean air conditions, the rod body temperature of silicon carbide rods can reach 1600°C, though limitations apply in other gas environments.
