──Reliable Bonding Performance Under Sustained High Temperatures

It is a bonding sealant capable of withstanding temperatures up to 1500°C and cures naturally in air conditions. Designed for repairing and sealing joints, cracks, and fissures in refractory bricks, fireplaces, solid fuel ovens, boilers, internal flue pipes, central heating systems, and thermocouples. It offers high thermal insulation and strong adhesion on metal and concrete surfaces. It is used for sealing joints in high-temperature equipment, repairing casting defects under high-temperature conditions, sealing rectifier devices and high-voltage electromagnetic tubes, bonding petroleum instrument evaporation rods, as well as repairing and sealing cracks, dents, and holes in components operating at high temperatures, such as cast iron or steel parts, exhaust pipes, mufflers, and more.

Application Scope:

Sudeno high-temperature adhesive is non-polluting, non-sagging, and has a thermal expansion coefficient similar to that of the base refractory material. It improves the performance of high-temperature-resistant materials and extends their service life, making it particularly suitable for:

1. Bonding and protecting thermocouples, high-temperature sensors, high-power resistors, and heating elements. 

2. Sealing glass fiber lead sleeves to prevent overheating and corrosion.

3. High-temperature repairs involving bonding of alumina materials, metals, ceramics, graphite, and glass.
