Four Internal Mixer Features

Rubber and plastic materials are processed under sealed and pressurized conditions for plasticizing or mixing, resulting in high production efficiency, low labor intensity, and stable quality.

The rotor adopts a two-wing shear type, which fully tears and shears the rubber raw materials during the production process, ensuring excellent dispersion and uniformity of the materials.

The rotor peaks are hardfaced with wear-resistant hard alloy, and the parts of the mixing chamber in contact with the materials are polished and hard chrome plated.

The mixing chamber adopts a jacket structure, allowing for the circulation of water/steam/medium oil, providing excellent cooling or heating effects to meet various rubber and plastic processing requirements.

Materials are loaded from the rear door of the frame, and the mixing chamber tilts forward 140° for discharge. The angle can be adjusted according to customer process requirements to facilitate connection to the next process.

The top bolt adopts a "w" shape, allowing materials to be fully mixed or plasticized.

The pressurized kneader's electronic control system uses a programmable logic controller (PLC), featuring alarm functions, unloading operation, manual/automatic switching, and interlocking safety protection.
