I. Product Performance

1. Has higher rigidity and impact resistance than plastic pipes, with a low expansion coefficient and creep resistance similar to steel pipes.

2. Double-sided anti-corrosion, with the same anti-corrosion performance as plastic pipes, and corrosion resistance. Operating temperature is improved.

3. Low thermal conductivity.

4. Smooth inner wall, no scaling, head loss is 30% lower than steel pipes.

5. Pipeline connection uses electrothermal fusion connection, mature technology, and a wide variety of pipe fittings.

6. Lightweight, easy to transport and construct.

7. By adjusting the thickness of the steel plate and plastic, pipes of different pressure grades can be manufactured, and the parameters of the reinforcement body can be easily changed to produce pipes of various pressure resistance levels.

8. Using plastics with high temperature resistance grades, such as heat-resistant PE-RT PE, random copolymer polypropylene (PP-R), etc., can produce temperature and pressure resistant pipes.
