Usage Precautions:
1. When the carbon brush of the hot air blower reaches its usage limit, the motor will automatically stop. The service life of the original carbon brush is about 1,000 hours, while that of the main unit's carbon brush is generally 4-6 months. Please replace it in advance.
 2. During use, the machine should operate continuously for 3 hours per cycle, followed by blowing cold air and shutting down for 15 minutes. If the machine is not used for more than 10 minutes during operation, rotate the hot air level to the "0" setting. Otherwise, continuous heating will cause excessive heat buildup, which may burn out key components of the blower.
 3. Sometimes, to meet tight deadlines on construction sites, workers may set all machine parameters to the highest values. However, higher settings generate more heat, causing extruded plastic to develop bubbles or a tofu-like texture, compromising welding strength. This can also damage the blower's components. Higher settings on the main unit increase extrusion speed, leading to insufficient heat and overloading the main unit, causing it to heat up too quickly. This may trigger alarms and, in severe cases, damage key components of the main unit.
 4. Inspect the gearbox every 6 months and replenish high-temperature lubricant in a timely manner. If the machine is used frequently, perform irregular inspections and regular maintenance.
 5. Check the air intake of the hot air blower weekly for blockages and clean it promptly. Strictly prevent water ingress.
 6. Supervise machine operators to avoid rough handling. It is recommended that your company assign personnel for regular machine maintenance or return the machine to the factory when not in use for maintenance by our company. 9.27
